We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was only a short walk from the train station and the cruise terminal. We found it to be great value for money. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options including different types of milk, cereals, scrambled eggs, bread, cold cuts, cheeses. The staff were very friendly in all areas of the hotel. The bed in the room was comfortable and the shower was spacious with hot water. We also appreciated the coffee and tea facilities in the room.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the ferry terminal. The staff gave excellent service and looked after our every need at the reception desk. The room was clean and cozy with comfortable beds. We were pleased with the room amenities such as the tea and coffee facilities, in-room safe, and soundproofed walls. The hotel offered a great selection of food at the buffet breakfast. we had a great experience.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Convenient location near the port, with great water views and a shopping center nearby. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Chiara at the front desk who ensured I had a nice room. Decent-sized Executive room with comfortable amenities. Easy access to the hotel from the airport via the Volabus. Affordable and delicious food in the restaurant, with a friendly and accommodating staff.
The hotel is located across multiple highways, making it difficult to walk-in at night for those unfamiliar with the city. Some advertised amenities were missing from the rooms.
